I have been working hard to bring a fresh new look to my web presence.  When I set out to build a new site my main goal was to help you, the web surfer behind the monitor, better understand what I can do for you or your business.  There are lots of "I.T. guys" out there.  You may have a friend or neighbor that helps you when something is really messed up.  I am that "IT guy" that has loads of experience and the professionalism that your friend or neighbor might be lacking. For example, good friends of mine recently had their Mac's hard drive die.  They took the computer to the Mac store like good owners and the store techs gave them a new hard drive and sent them on their way.  Never once did the techs, who were paid quite handsomely, ever TRY to recover the data.  This is the difference.  I would do every thing I can to retrieve your valuable data before you even ask.
